IMPROVED STRENGTH, FUNCTION, AND CONFIDENCE
I begun working with John about three months ago. I am not a fitness buff, and I do no enjoying working out. However that I have to admit that since my training begun I actually look forward to our training sessions. My strength has increase. I can actually do push-ups now and hold a plank for over 60 seconds! Before I couldn’t do one push up and didn’t even know what a plank was. In my opinion, I owe my new acquired strength to my workouts with John. I highly recommend John!
